Friday 6th April 2012 (2 Activities)

1. The Motorcycle Exhibition Festival 2012,   3:00pm – Midnight  at the football field - Patong Beach
2. Phuket Bike Week Beach Party at Loma Park, Patong Beach, Phuket.

 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm 18th Phuket Bike Week starts - Beach Party with 2-bands (Music Contest) Biker games at Patong Beach
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm                 Tattoo Show 
7:00 pm – 7:30 pm                 Fire Dance Show
7:30 pm – 8:00 pm                 Fun & games with prizes
8:00 pm – 8:30 pm                 Thai classical dance show
Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party with the organizers - Heron, Phuket Rider Club and all participating motorcycle clubs along with a welcome gift to the bikers arriving on the first day.
8:30 pm  – 9:30 pm               3-bands (from Rock City)
9:30 pm – 10:00 pm               Miss Phuket Bike Week 2012 Contest - Round 1
10:00 pm - Midnight             Thai Artists performing (4-bands)
Midnight – 12:30 am             Prize draw - for those attending and with a prize draw participant card
12:30 am – 2.00 am               Phuket band performances (5-band)

Saturday 7th April 2012 (3 Activities)

2. Phuket Bike Week Beach Party & Grand Dinner at Loma Park, Patong Beach, Phuket
3. Phuket Bike Week Beach Party at Loma Park, Patong Beach, Phuket.

Biker games at Patong Beach
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm                 Body paint &Tattoo Show 
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm                 Phuket Bike Week 2012 Grand Opening Dinner
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm                 Opening Ceremony of Phuket Bike Week Beach Party 2012           
The event will be led by Heron Club, Phuket Rider Club all participating motorcycle clubs and all clubs from Phuket.
Official opening ceremony presided by Mr. Tree Akaradecha, Governor of Phuket
- Mr. Paiboon Upatising, President of the Phuket Provincial Administration Organization
- Mr. Pean Kisin, Mayor of Patong
- Mrs. Bangornrat Chinaprayoon, Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand Phuket office
Award presentation for the Custom Bike Contest and gift presentation to all of the events sponsors.
9:00 pm – 10:00 pm               Miss Phuket Bike Week 2012 Contest - Round 2
10:00 pm - Midnight             Concert by Carabao
Midnight – 12:30 am             Prize draw - for those attending and with a prize draw participant card
12:30 am – 2:00 am               Local bands from Phuket (4-bands) 

Sunday 8th April 2012 (4 Activities)

1. Motorcycle Exhibition Festival 2012 start 3:00pm – Midnight  at the football field - Patong Beach
2. The tree planting to reduce global warming campaign, Patong Beach area along the way to Kamala
3. Driving tour for peace, route from Patong to Karon, Kata, Nai Harn and Laem Phrom Thep back to Patong Beach
4. Phuket Bike Week Beach Party at Loma Park, Patong Beach, Phuket

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm                 Tree planting to reduce global warming campaign by planting banana trees along the beach of Patong Beach
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm                 Formation of big bike riders in a procession of peace with travel and appreciation of the beauty of Phuket Island going along dolphins park, Patong Beach, Karon Beach, Kata Beach, Viewpoint, Nai Harn, Ya Nui Beach to Phrom Thep Cape and returning to the original route for the thank you for joining the party of Phuket Bike Week. Thank you Party 2012 at Loma park, Patong Beach
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm                 18th Phuket Bike Week activities at the Beach Party with 2-bands (Music Contest)
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm                 Tattoo Contest, finals
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm                 Cowboy, Indian and reggae show – along with games and giveaways to attendees
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm .               Miss Phuket Bike Week 2012 Contest - Finals
9:00 pm – 10:00 pm               Memorial ceremony with all participants and thank you to bikers at the event
10:00 pm – Midnight             Concert by the band “Bao Vee”
Midnight – 12:30 am             Prize draw - for those attending and with a prize draw participant card
12:30 am - 02.00 am              Live rock music

Showing innovative new models from all companies in Thailand along with goods, clothing, jewelry, accessories and motorcycles joining the event.

3.Phuket Bike Week beach party 2012 & Music Festival sponsored by the Patong Municipality.
6-8 April 2012, from 4:00 pm – 2:00 am at Loma Park, Patong Beach, Phuket.
Joint activities with motorycles shows, music festivals, concerts, artists, Indians, Cowboys, reggae artists sponsored by Heron Club with a tattoo competition and Miss Phuket Bike Week 2012.

4. Phuket Bike Week Beach Party 2012 & Grand Dinner
7th of April 2012  between 7:00 pm - Midnight at Loma Park, Patong Beach, Phuke.t
A joint dinner together with representatives of each club from all countries around the world as well as leading executives and VIP guests and clubs from Phuket - Phuket Riders Club, Heron Club & Ride Thailand Magazine.

2. งานภูเก็ตไบค์วีค บีช ปาร์ตี้ ณ สวนสาธารณะโลมา ป่าตอง จังหวัดภูเก็ต

16.01 – 18.00 น. ร่วมกิจกรรมภูเก็ตไบค์วีค บีชปาร์ตี้ ครั้งที่ 18
ชมการแสดงวงดนตรี 2 วง (Music Contest)
เล่นเกมส์ของชาวมอเตอร์ไซค์บริเวณชายหาดป่าตอง
18.01 – 19.00 น.                     โชว์รอยสัก Tattoo Show 
19.01- 19.30 น.                       การแสดง Fire Dance Show
19.31 – 20.00 น.                     สนุกสนานกับเกมส์การแจกของรางวัล
20.01 – 20.30 น.                     การแสดงรำไทย
พิธีเปิดงาน Welcome Party  ,คณะผู้จัดงานโดยชมรมฮีโรเอ็น,ชมรมภูเก็ตไรเดอร์คลับ และชมรมรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ทุกชมรมในจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวต้อนรับพร้อม มอบของที่ระลึกให้กับคณะไบเกอร์ที่มาถึงในวันแรก

20.01 – 21.00 น.                     พิธีเปิดงาน Phuket Bike Week Brach Party 2012 &  Grand Dinner
คณะผู้จัดงาน นำโดย ชมรมฮีโรเอ็น,ชมรมภูเก็ตไรเดอร์คลับ และชมรมรถมอเตอร์ไซค์
ทุกชมรมในจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดงาน                                                     ประธานในพิธีเปิด กล่าวเปิดงาน และร่วมทำพิธีเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ

00.31 – 02.00 น.                     พบกับวงดนตรีเพื่อชีวิตจากภูเก็ต (วงที่ 4)

วันอาทิตย์ที่ 8 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2555  (4 กิจกรรม)

1. มหกรรม ภูเก็ตไบค์วีค มอเตอร์โชค์ ณ สนามฟุตบอล ป่าตอง
2. ปลูกต้นไม้รณรงค์ลดภาวะโลกร้อน บริเวณพื้นที่หาดป่าตอง ตลอดเส้นทางไปกมลา
3. กิจกรรมขับขี่ท่องเที่ยวเพื่อสันติภาพ เส้นทาง หาดป่าตอง ไปกะรน กะตะ ในหาน แหลมพรหมเทพ และกลับสู่หาดป่าตอง
4. งานภูเก็ตไบค์วีค บีช ปาร์ตี้ ณ สวนสาธารณะโลมา ป่าตอง จังหวัดภูเก็ต

 เวลา 15.00 – 16.00 น.            ร่วมรณรงค์กิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้ ลดภาวะโลกร้อน ด้วยการปลูกต้นกล้วย
ตามเส้นทางหาดป่าตอง ไปหาดกมลา
เวลา 16.01 – 18.00 น.            ขบวนรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ใหญ่ร่วมกิจกรรมขับขี่เพื่อสันติภาพ พร้อมท่องเที่ยวชื่นชมความงามของเกาะภูเก็ต โดยใช้เส้นทาง สวนสาธารณะโลมา หาดป่าตอง ผ่านหาดกะรน หาดกะตะ จุดชมวิว หาดในหาน หาดยะนุ้ย จนถึงแหลมพรหมเทพ และกลับสู่เส้นทางเดิมเพื่อเข้าร่วมงานเลี้ยงขอบคุณ Phuket Bike Week Thank you Party 2012
ณ สวนสาธารณะโลมา หาดป่าตอง
16.01 – 18.00 น.                     ร่วมกิจกรรมภูเก็ตไบค์วีค บีชปาร์ตี้ ครั้งที่ 18

18.01 – 19.00 น.                     ประกวดรอยสัก รอบชิงชนะเลิส Tattoo Contest
19.01 – 20.00 น.                     การแสดงโชว์ของเพื่อนคาวบอย,อินเดี้ยน,เร็กเก้
เล่นเกมส์ แจกของรางวัลให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน
20.01 – 21.00 น.                     การประกวด Miss Phuket Bike Week 2012 รอบชิงชนะเลิศ
21.01- 22.00 น.                       พิธีมอบของที่ระลึกให้กับทุกทีม พร้อมกล่าวขอบคุณเพื่อนไบค์เกอร์ที่มาร่วมงาน
22.01 – 00.00 น.                     การแสดงคอนเสิร์ตจาก ศิลปิน วงที่ 3  “บ่าววี”
00.01- 00.30 น.                       จับรางวัลจากหางบัตรเพื่อลุ้นรับรางวัลใหญ่
00.31- 02.00 น.                       พบกับการแสดงดนตรีร็อกจากภูเก็ต (วงที่ 4)

3.งานภูเก็ตไบค์วีค บีชปาร์ตี้ 2012 ( Phuket Bike Week beach party  2012 & Music Festival) โดยเทศบาลป่าตอง
ในวันที่ 6-8 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2555  เวลา  16.00-02.00 น.ที่ สวนสาธารณะโลมา หาดป่าตอง จังหวัดภูเก็ต
เป็นการร่วมกิจกรรม โชว์รถ มหกรรมดนตรี คอนเสิร์ต ศิลปิน อินเดียน คาบอย เร็กเก้  โดยชมรมฮีโรเอ็น
